Rico is back! And of course, his best friend Oskar is too. In fact, Oskar is almost a part of Rico's family at Dieffe 93, in the middle of Berlin. However, this time, Oskar isn't wearing a helmet. The two of them are incognito. Handbags, hamsters with murderous teeth, and a lot of heart breaking - it's not only challenges of the criminal kind that Rico and Oskar have to contend with.
