Conni, Phillip and the Cat Squad (vol. 16)

When Jakob claims to have seen a strange cat in the garden, Conni doesn’t believe a word her brother says. But then their tomcat Mau starts behaving oddly. He suddenly seems frightened and hardly wants to go outside. On top of that, his food bowl is constantly empty.

It doesn’t take long to find the cause: a stray black cat has decided that the Klawitters’ garden is a very cozy place. And she has a very good reason to hide! When Conni’s parents want to call the animal shelter, Jakob and Conni quickly set up the “Cat Team,” determined to take care of the black cat themselves.
